How We Are Approaching the Coronavirus

At Eastside Exterminators, we take seriously our commitment to protecting families from pests. Our family has been protecting families in the Seattle area since 1969, and we will continue to keep homes safe and free from pests now and in the future.

As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to cause uncertainty throughout our area, we wanted to provide an update with information about our current status. Pest control has been deemed an essential service by state officials. We are still providing complete pest control services, and we have taken precautions to ensure our staff and customers are as safe as possible:

We remain open and fully operational, with no plans for that to change. If you have questions or concerns about a service, please do not hesitate to call us at 425-318-7912. Call center agents are standing by.
As a precaution and to promote social distancing measures, our technicians will not knock on doors when arriving to perform outdoor treatments. If an indoor treatment is required, we will make arrangements.
Our office staff is working from home indefinitely, to further promote social distancing precautions. Only essential in-person field technicians and staff will pass through our offices until further notice.
Spring is right around the corner, and the pest and rodent populations are going to get much more active. It is important to continue pest protection treatments to stop any infestation in homes. Postponing or canceling treatments will allow the pest population to flourish and spread easily.

We are continuing to monitor updates from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), federal and local agencies, and other health organizations to make sure we are following the most current recommendations.
